A) Yes.
Q) Does it cost me to search for a stolen item?
A) No, We provide this service for free.
Q) Does it cost me to register an account?
A) Registration is free. There is a simple registration form which we require you to fill in before you can start.
Q) What does it mean by activation on the payment page?
A) We require one payment to activate the account, then you may edit your information and add your items online. Otherwise your account remains limited.
Q) Why does the Featured listing cost more?
A) Your listing will appear in the Featured area on most pages, which may give you more chances of your item being found.
Q) How do I pay to get my listing online?
A) You can pay by Credit card, Internet or telephone banking , or at most banks.
Q) I have no photo to show. What can I do?
A) You can still list your item with out a photo (though a photo will increase your chance in recovering your item), and at a later stage, a photo can be added if required.
Q) Why would I use this website if I am insured?
A) Insurance payout does not bring back items of personal value.
Q) What if I don't have a computer to add the listing onto the website?
A) You can post us your information. We will then add your information into our database for the public to view.
Q) What information do I need to add a listing?
A) A detailed description of the stolen item. Please include (if able) serial numbers, a police report number and photos showing the item. The more information supplied, the better the chance of recovery.
Q) Can I edit my listing?
A) Yes you can. Please login to your account and click on 'Update' next to the listing.
Q) What contact details do I need to supply?
A) A valid e-mail address is required. You must be contactable should someone locate or have information regarding your stolen property.
Q) Are my personal details advertised on the web site?
A) No, unless you add them to your items.
Q) How long will my listing remain on the web site?
A. Your property will be online for 90 days. You will be notified via e-mail when your listing is due to expire. You can renew your listing or ignore the e-mail and your listing will automatically expire.
Q) Does my account expire or get cancelled if not used?
A) No, unless you ask us to.
